ORDER

It is contended on behalf of the respondents that the Hon'ble Supreme Court had granted directions that qualifying in Teacher Eligibility Test is mandatory in non-minority institutions and had also granted two years time for the teachers, who had not qualified, to qualify themselves. It is also contended that the petitioner had not qualified under the Teacher Eligibility Test.
