This petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent pertaining to his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.094168/H.5/2015 and consequently to quash the order dated 06.07.2016 and to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to declare the results of Chemistry and Maths paper written by Minor M.K.Thanikaivelan, having Registered No.296146 and to direct the 3rd to 5th respondents to consider him for admission if he is eligible.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the earlier orders of this Court dated 20.09.2016 and 26.09.2016, the petitioner has got admission from Medical Council of India.
