2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the impleading petition, this petition is allowed and the Registrar, Alagappa University, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District is impleaded as the second respondent in the writ petition.

3. Registry is now required to carry out necessary amendment.
