(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners who apprehend arrest for the offences under Sections 294(b),323,324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime number not known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant,a case has been registered in Crime No.1640 of 2020.

3.
