ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail for the alleged offences under Section 3(1)(A), 8A r/w. 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Exhibition of Films on Television Screen Through Video Cassette Recorders and Through Cable Television Network (Regulations) Act, 1984 and with Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.5 of 2021. 2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the offence mentioned in the FIR is only bailable offence. Hence, granting anticipatory bail doesn't arise.
