ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12152 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12152 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on alternate days i.e on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders". The other conditions remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 17-06-2026 ep To 1.The Inspector of Police, Arakkonam Taluk Police station, Ranipet District.
