The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of common order passed in W.P. NO. 14885 of 2017, dated 23.08.2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submitted that as per the order of this Court made in W.P.

No. 14885 of 2017, dated 23.08.2018, the authorities have approved the petitioner's appointment as BT Assistant Teacher (Tamil) and also paid the arrears of salary and the same has also been remitted to the petitioner's account through ECS. The learned Government Advocate has also produced a copy of the bank statement of the petitioner before this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner also received the said statement.
