Though the name of the respondent has been printed in the cause list, none entered appearance on her behalf.

2.This petition is to condone the delay of 603 days in re-presenting the appeal.

3.We are satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Hence, the delay is condoned. The petition is ordered.
