ORDER

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the respondents have issued orders in G.O(Ms).No.172, Highways and Minor Ports (HK1) Department, dated 03.11.2025 in due compliance with the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.12517 of 2018 dated 22.04.2024.

In view of the same, though there appears to be some delay in complying with the order passed by this Court, this Court is not inclined to proceed further against the respondents. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps against G.O.Ms.No.172, dated 03.11.2025.
