A request was made that the words "claims and counter claims" may be incorporated in paragraph 7 in the 5th line of the order passed in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.) No.374 of 2022 on 30.11.2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner is also present and has no objection to incorporate the same.

2. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to re-issue the order after substituting paragraph 7 as follows:
