Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in connection with the impugned order Na.Ka.No.1995-2012-A6 dated 10.08.2012 passed by the first respondent herein, quash the same and consequently to direct the first respondent herein to permit the petitioner to run the wine shop bar in respect of wine Shop No.8769.
