This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1803 of 2022 on 30.06.2022 to report before the Special Court for CCB and CBCID Court, Egmore, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
