Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records and quashing the impugned order of suspension passed by the respondent vide No.V4/264/2017/Vig dated 17.07.2019 and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in the post of Senior Deputy Materials Manager in Chennai Port Trust in any other division of the same Department within time frame.
