Crl.OP.No.16815 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.16815 of 2023 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN.J., The petitioner namely Akbar Basha, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.06.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 7(5), 20(2) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 read with Section 328 of IPC in Crime No.149 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. It is seen from the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15075 of 2023 dated 13.07.2023 that, bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on the ground that, petitioner has one similar previous case. There is no change of circumstances warranting this Court to consider the bail petition now. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
