The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the entire records in the Crime No.9 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.9 of 2013, after completion of investigation, final report was filed before the learned District Munsif - cum - Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur on 03.04.2014 and further action was also dropped.
