ORDER

In terms of order dated 17.12.2025 in Comp.A.No.232 of 2025, the Official Liquidator has effected substituted service by publication in the Telugu daily, Andhra Jothi, issue dated 25.01.2026 and filed report dated 17.02.2026 in that regard. Upon examining the report and the enclosed publication, I find that substituted service has been duly effected on the first respondent. The Registry is directed to print the name of the first respondent in the cause list for the next hearing. The Official Liquidator is permitted to make payment of Rs.36,330/- to Gameplan Communications Private Limited towards advertisement expenses from and out of the funds of the company in provisional liquidation.
