ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to consider the representation dated 2.4.2019 and take necessary action against one A.P.Raja, Anuppur Village, Valapady Taluk, Salem District. 1/5

2. The case of the petitioner is that alleging the misappropriation of the funds belonging to Sri Arulmigu Selliyamman Thirukoil situated at Anupur Village, Valapady Taluk, Salem District, the petitioner has made a representation dated 02.04.2019 before the respondent to take action against the Hereditary Trustee of the said Temple namely A.P.Raja. However, the same was not considered. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief.

Though very many grounds have been raised, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2019 and to pass appropriate orders within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

5. Taking into consideration the factual aspects of the matter, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to 2/5

consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2019 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as aggrieved persons if any including the said A.P.Raja, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above observation and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
