(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This application has been filed to implead the proposed respondents as respondents 2 to 10 in the writ petition.

2. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the application is allowed. The proposed respondents are ordered to be impleaded as respondents 2 to 10 in the writ petition.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause-title.
