ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in C.C.No.2739 of 2012 on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai - 8 and quash the same.

2. The matter reported to be settled before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Concilation Centre, High Court, Madras which is as follows:-

1. Both parties have agreed to settled the matter before Mediation Centre.

2.The Demand draft for Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only), bearing No.712582 dated 25.04.2017 payable at Karur Vaisiya Bank drawn in favour of Pranikha has been received by 2nd respondent R.Subbulakshmi and the balance of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs only) will be paid by Petitioner/Accused P.Nagaraj at the time https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of final hearing of 13 B-petition. The petition filed for 13 b vide SR.No.5977, dated 21.06.2017 along with copy of petition filed before Family Court in Chennai.

3.Hence the matter settled among the parties by way of compromise deed.

3. Recording the report of Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
