This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for records in M.C.No.330 of 2018 on the file of Learned I Additional 1/4

Principal Judge, Hon'ble Additional Family Court, Chennai and, set aside the order of Maintenance dated 11.03.2021 passed by the Hon'ble Court against the petitioner and reduce the amount of maintenance to be paid to the respondents to Rs.7500/-.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Criminal Revision Petition has become infructuous, as the matter has been settled by way of mediation.
