This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition to appear and sign before the Respondent Police Station at 10.30 am for the period of four weeks in the order dated 26.05.2023 in Crl.OP.No.12148 of 2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the prayer has become infructuous.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the Respondent, no further order is necessary in this matter.
