ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to transfer T.Karthik, S/o.Tamilveeran, convict prisoner, from Central Prison, Trichy to Central Prison, Vellore, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petition has become infructuous in the light of the order dated 28.12.2020 passed by the Director General of Prisons, Chennai, transferring the convict prisoner from Central Prison, Trichy to Central Prison, Vellore on 02.01.2021.

3.Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
