This criminal original petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.709 of 2016 by order dated 15.07.2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vanur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. This petitioner was arrested by the respondent police for offences under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1-A) r/w 387 of TNRS Rules, 2000 and he was granted bail by the Judicial Magistrate, Vanur in Crime No.62 of 2016 in Crl.M.P.No.709 of 2016 on 15.07.2016 on condition that he should report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month till he appears before the Court on receipt of summons in the above case. This Court does not find any infirmity in the bail order dated 15.07.2016 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Vanur, in Crl.M.P.No.709 of 2016.
