This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.9299 of 2023 on 26.04.2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.

and 5.30 p.m., until further orders and in the event of the investigation being transferred to some other agency, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police/concerned agency on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
