This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner in order in Crl.O.P.No.13541 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for respondent submitted that final report is filed in this case, but not taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
