This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner should report before the respondent Police on the first day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.17296 of 2022 dated 21.11.2022.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.17296 of 2022 dated 21.11.2022 is totally relaxed. The petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
