2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The learned counsel for the respondents has got serious objections in allowing this petition and he has also not disputed the fact that as per the earlier directions of this Court, rent has been paid by the petitioners and the respondent has also received the same.

3. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered, as prayed for.
