O R D E R

The contempt petition has been filed against the respondents to punish them for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 04.03.2021 made in W.P.No.2589 of 2021.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader has submitted that the order passed by this Court on 04.03.2021 has been complied and he also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 07.09.2022 in proof thereof. The submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader has been duly affirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, this Contempt petition is closed and the contemnors are discharged from the contempt proceedings. It is needless to mention that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the order dated 07.09.2022, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so advised.
