This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner in order in Crl.O.P.No.12500 of 2023 dated 06.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that charge sheet is filed in P.R.C.No.8 of 2023 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanilam.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
