Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct the field survey of the lands situated in Survey Nos.28, 29 and its subdivisions, situated within Mowlivakkam Village, Sri Perumbudur Taluk, Kanchipuram District, in pursuant to the directions of the first respondent proceedings dated 04.11.2020 and further direct the third respondent to issue a fresh patta to the petitioner by measuring the lands in pursuant to registered Sale Deed dated 01.01.2007 and pass necessary order.

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 19.10.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for survey of the property and for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.

2.Mr.Arul Dass, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the third respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 28.12.2020 at 03.00 p.m. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.
3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the third respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to take a decision strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
