This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioner to report before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders, which is imposed in Crl.M.P.No.7260 of 2023 dated 25.05.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner, who is a lady, aged about 56 years, has sustained fracture in her leg, she was unable to comply with the conditions. Hence, she seeks modification of the above condition.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions shall remain intact.
