Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second to fourth respondents to consider the representation letter dated 30.03.2019 filed by the petitioner and further directing the respondents to conduct genuine enquiry and issue correct patta in favour of petitioner and his family members based on the genuine old revenue records in survey No.90/13 in Mazhavarayanur Village, Ulundurpet Taluk, Villupuram District in accordance with law.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2019 to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the land comprised in survey No.90/13 situated at Mazhavarayanur Village, Ulundurpet Taluk, Villupuram District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. On receipt of the same, the fourth respondent issued summons dated 20.08.2019 for enquiry to be conducted on 06.09.2019.

3. Considering the above, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation as per the summons dated 20.08.2019 bearing Na.Ka.No.A2/3071/2019 and, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
