This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 06.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15381 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that now, he is ready and mobilise the fund.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to surrender before the learned V Additional Family Judge at Chennai and deposit the sum as ordered by this Court, from today.
