O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners shall report before the Vazhapadi Police Station, Salem on everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, in Crl.M.P.No.6330 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.14913/2020 dated 06.11.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would also submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6330 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.14913/2020 dated 06.11.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
