O R D E R

This Petition is filed seeking direction to the Learned District Munsif, Palladam to dispose the Suit in O.S.No.110 of 2017 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the First Respondent filed a Suit seeking relief of directing the Defendants 1 and 3 to rectify the patta and revenue entries pertaining to the Suit properties as per the partition deed dated 03.10.1979; granting permanent injunction restraining the Defendants 5 to 10 from alienating or encumbering their B schedule property exceeding their extent that defined in the partition deed dated 03.10.1979 and for costs. 3.In the trial before the trial Court, so far, Plaintiff's side evidence is over and the case is pending for examination of witnesses on the side of the Defendants 1 to 3 and other Defendants. Considering the fact that the Suit was filed in the year 2017 and the matter was part heard, the Learned District Munsif, Palladam is directed to dispose the Suit in O.S.No.110 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
