JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.G.Rajagopalan, learned Senior Counsel for M/s.G.R.Associates for the appellant and Mr.S.Silambanan, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr.M.Rajamathivanan, learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The appellant has filed an affidavit and has undertaken to vacate and hand over the subject premises by 31.12.2023.

3. Learned Senior Advocate for the appellant submits that in view of the affidavit filed, the other points are not agitated.

4. We accept the affidavit filed by the appellant, verified on 5th September, 2023 and record the undertaking that the appellant shall vacate the premises and hand over peaceful possession of the subject premises on 31.12.2023.

5. The writ appeal, as such, stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.Nos.19629 and 19636 of 2023 are closed.
