This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 20.05.2024 by measuring and demarcating the petitioner's land in extent of 67.16 ares in Old S.No.104/2A2A, New S.No.104/7, Bukkasagaram Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. The petitioner submitted an application on 20.05.2024 with a request for surveying the property, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 20.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from 2/4

the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
