This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.108 of 2019. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed a closure report before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Jayamkondam on 24.06.2019 in R.C.S.No.11 of 2019.
