This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.5 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same. 2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.5/2013, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram and the same was also taken on file as CC No.207 of 2014.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
