When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the representation dated 30.01.2019 of the petitioner was forwarded/referred to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirupathur District, who considered the representation on merits and passed orders on 13.05.2022 vide Mu.Mu.No.A5/599/2021, against which, the second respondent's son namely C.Podupani Thilagam, has preferred W.P.No.17746 of 2022 and the same was disposed by this Court on 03.04.2024, with a direction to the petitioner therein/second respondent's son C.Podupani Thilagam, to prefer a statutory appeal before the District Revenue Officer, Tirupathur District.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
