For Petitioners : Mr.P.B.Suresh Babu (in all the petitions) For R1 & R2 : Mr.P.Raja, GA (in all the petitions) COMMON ORDER The prayer made in these writ petitions is to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to include the Personal Pay of Rs.500/- in the salary payable to the petitioners on the date of his promotion as the District Educational Officers and consequentially revise all the monetary benefits and pension payable to them.

2.However, when these matters were taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced the copies of the proceedings in Mu.Mu.No.65855/A1/E5/2016 dated 05.10.2016, Mu.Mu.No.71527/A1/E3/2016 dated 11.01.2017 and Mu.Mu.No.89139/A1/E3/2016 dated 07.12.2016 and submitted that the prayer made in WP.Nos.1566 to 1568 of 2010 has already been considered by the second respondent and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that insofar as the claim made in W.P.Nos.1579 and 1580 of 2010 is concerned, the second respondent is yet to pass orders.

3.In view of the submissions so made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the claim of the petitioners in WP.Nos.1579 and 1580 of 2010 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
