By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2024. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that she made representation before the second respondent to issue patta for her property in S.F.No.147/2A, measuring an extent of 11⁄4 cents, situated at Ganapathipalayam Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District. However, the same has not been considered by the second respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
