O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by the Court below wherein the Court below while granting bail to the petitioners has directed that one of the surety must be a Government Servant.
2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the condition imposed by the Court below is onerous and the petitioners are not in a position to comply with the said condition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioners for similar offences and therefore the Court below was right in imposing such a condition.
4.This Court does not find any illegality or infirmity in the conditions imposed by the Court below. The Court has taken into consideration the nature of offence and the antecedents of the petitioners. This Court does not find any ground to interfere with the conditions imposed by the Court below.

5.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
