PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of arrest pending investigation in Cr.No.3 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

For Petitioners :

Mr.R.Saritha Sivakumar For Respondent :

Mr.S.Udayakumar Government Advocate (Crl. Side) COMMON ORDER When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents on instructions reported that the petitioners were earlier arrested and the Sessions Court has granted bail to the petitioners on 30.04.2025 and subsequently on violation of the bail conditions, the bail order was also cancelled on 29.05.2025.

2. Now the petitioners have directly approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail, without challenging the cancellation of bail order passed by the Sessions Court.

3.Since the petitioners were already released on bail, the bail order was subsequently cancelled, this Court is of the view that the petitioners have challenged the bail cancellation order if they are aggrieved and without challenging the cancellation of bail order, filing present anticipatory bail applications directly before this Court is not entertainable. 2/4

4. With these observations these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed and the petitioners are directed to challenge the bail cancellation order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 15.10.2025 ssi To:

1.The Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Dharmapuri.
