Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as regular time scale Forest Watchers taking into account of his seniority, on par with juniors with effect from 24.01.1995 for the purpose of getting pension by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2021 in the light of the order passed in W.P.No.15561 of 2006 dated 10.03.2008, W.A.No.690 of 2008 dated 13.10.2009, W.P.No.23374 of 2008 dated 30.10.2009, W.A.No.607 of 2010 dated 29.03.2010 and G.O.(Ms).No.01 Environment and Forest (Fr.2-II) Department dated 01.01.2021 with all consequential benefits.

The learned Counsel for the respondents submits that appropriate orders will be passed by the 1st and 2nd respondents on the representation dated 10.02.2021 of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed by directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 10.02.2021 of the petitioner and dispose the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While passing such order, the respondent may also consider G.O.Ms.No.08,E&F(FR.2-II) Department, dated 21.10.2019. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
