ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension dated 29.06.2024 passed by the third respondent, thereby suspended the petitioner from service.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondy) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner was appointed as Conductor. He was also an elected General Secretary of Puducherry Road Transport Corporation Employees Sangam. While being so, the petitioner was suspended from service, on violation of clause 29, 52(1) of the Notification No.102 in guidelines for punishment and placed under suspension.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the

petitioner, being elected as General Secretary of the Association, was suspended for the reason that some one had written defamed messages in the Notice Board, for which he is not liable.

5. A perusal of records revealed that the petitioner was suspended on 29.06.2024, on violation of clause 29, 52(1) of the Notification No.102 in respect of guidelines for punishment to be awarded in disciplinary cases. It is pre-mature to challenge the order of suspension. The petitioner is yet to serve with show cause notice.
