(through video conference) When it is pointed out that if the Petitioner has any grievance regarding the non-furnishing of information by the First Respondent, he has an effective alternative remedy under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to resort to the aforesaid procedure. He has also filed a memo to that effect through e-mail, which is placed on record.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. It is made clear for the purpose https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of reckoning limitation for availing aforesaid remedy, the period from the date of filing of the Writ Petition, viz., 19.07.2019, till today, viz., 02.09.2020, shall be excluded. No costs.
