This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to give adequate police protection for the petitioner based on his complaint dated 24.06.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the State.
3. Seeking police protection, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 24.06.2016 to the Inspector of Police, R11, Rayala Nagar Police Station by registered post with acknowledgment due. It is the case of the petitioner that one Nanda Gopal is causing harassment to him.
4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh representation to the Inspector of Police, R11, Rayala Nagar Police Station and on such representation being given, the same shall be enquired into, by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
calling both parties and action taken in accordance with law to protect the petitioner.
