This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 111 days in filing the first appeal.

2.It is reported that counsel for the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the counsel for the respondent.

3.The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 111 days in filing the first appeal is condoned.
