Pa respectively by the first respondent Joint Registrar of Co-Operative Societies, Krishnagiri and consequently to direct the first respondent to take revision petition dated 07.05.2022 and 06.05.2022 respectively filed by the petitioners on file and pass Orders on merit.

2. When this Court posed a question as to how these Writ Petitions are maintainable, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the the petitioners have to seek their remedy only in the execution proceedings and not in this Writ Petition. 2/4

3. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner may be given liberty to pursue their remedy in the execution proceedings.

4. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to pursue their remedy in the execution proceedings. No costs.
